The drawing is open only to registered attendees of the Texas Charter School Conference who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries will be accepted by completed this form or at Regions booth #102 starting on September 28, 2026, 9:00 AM Central Time and ending on September 29, 2026, 2:30 PM Central Time. All entries must be received before the closing time to be eligible. To enter, attendees must complete the form above, or visit booth 102 and submit a business card during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. One (1) winner will receive one (1) YETI Tundra Haul Cooler. The approximate retail value of the prize is $450.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no chase substitution is permitted. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 29, 2026, 3:00 PM Central from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via phone number or email provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize by the end of the conference, an alternate winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the conference organizers from any liability, injury, or damage caused by participating in the sweepstakes or the acceptance/use of the prize.
